Health Drink

Bought lot of fresh fruits from the market in order to try different juices this week.

Ingredients: -
2 Carrots, scrap the skin & cut into pieces
2 Organges, peel the skin & separate the segments
2 small Tomatoes, cut into pieces
2 tbsp Sugar
2-3 drops fresh Lemon juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 cup Water

Method: -
1. In a blender, squash the carrots, oranges, tomatoes, lemon juice, sugar & water.
2. I prefer to have the pulp & the juice together to retain the minerals & vitamins.
3. Add salt & pepper.
4. Serve at normal temperature or with ice.
