ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಚಪಾತಿ / Onion Chapati


I got the recipe from LG's blog, Taste of Mysore. Crunchy munchy onions in the Chapati. What a recipe LG! Kudos to you.


Ingredients: -
2 cups chapati flour
1 big Onion, chopped
few strands of coriander leaves
few strands of curry leaves
2-3 green chilies (LG has used green chili paste)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ajwain
Oil
Salt
Water


Method: -
1. Dry roast Ajwain & jeera.
2. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients with little oil to make a stiff dough by adding enough water.
3. Make chapatis by rolling out the dough on a hot tava.
